The old front lawn was excavated and removed. A new sub base installed with a new shingle stone drive way. New upvc front door fitted replacing the old one, a new garage built at the side of the property with matching roof tiles and brickwork to keep with the existing look of the property. Internally existing walls were removed to make more of an open plan a new Howdens shaker style kitchen was installed on new luxury vinyl tile flooring finished with a quartz worktop. The old bathroom was removed. We created a new bathroom with all new sanitary ware and flooring, at the rear of the property a new Indian sandstone patio has been laid and edged with sleepers to create raised flower beds.
