Single storey extension to create a large open plan kitchen and family area, the rear of the house was supported using acrows and strongboys and the existing external wall was taken out, a steel beam was then fabricated using calculations from a structural engineer and fitted on site by our tradesmen using genie lift, the new extension was then built using bricks to match in with the existing property, the property was then finished off with aluminium bi folding doors and new aluminium windows replacing the existing upvc ones.
